2010 BMW R 1200 GS Adventure




The 2010 BMW R1200GS Adventure is getting the HP2 Sport's DOHC, eight valve engine. The power bump is increased in engine output by 5 per cent to 81 kW (110 hp) at 7,750 rpm and maximum torque to 120 Nm (88 lb-ft) at 6,000 rpm as is the sound-improving exhaust flap.

Optional extras and accessories tailored to each model with BMW’s usual high level of quality are also there and also new additional headlight in LED technology for the BMW R 1200 GS (accessory).


Porsche 911 Evolution Competition



To help promote the launch of the new Evolution 911 course at the Porsche Experience Center in Silverstone, England, Porsche has unveiled a new game which challenges enthusiasts to identify specific 911 models by the sound of their exhaust note.

The course costs £275 for a 90 minute program, offering drivers a chance to travel back through the historic years of sports car performance, and experience for themselves the feeling offered by the

The Evolution 911 course gives visitors the opportunity to drive a 1986 911 3.2 Carrera (G series), a 1994 911 Carrera (Type 993), and a current generation 911 Carrera S (Type 997).

2009 Toyota Tacoma TX Package



The Toyota Tacoma TX Package Concept was unveiled at this year’s SEMA Show and promises to gauge public reaction to its unique design themes and multiple performance modifications.

The base was a 2010 Tacoma PreRunner SR5 with a 4.0-litre V6 DOHC 24V VVT-i engine making 174kW (236hp). The transmission is a 5-speed automatic. Some modifications include Bilstein 5100 Series shocks plated in cadmium, genuine Toyota lightweight aluminium tube steps with black finish, a TRD stainless steel cat-back exhaust system and TRD 16 X 7.5 off-road wheels inside BF Goodrich all-terrain T/A KO LT285/75X16 tyres.

Equipment already installed in the factory car includes fog lamps, chrome grille surrounds, colour-coded bumpers and a fibre-reinforced sheet molded composite (SMC) inner bed with steel outer panels. Passenger comfort creatures include cruise control, a leather steering wheel with audio controls and TRD floor mats.

2009 Toyota Prius Aerius and Aemulus


Toyota introduced two modified Prius hybrids at the SEMA Motor Show. The Prius Aerius (Latin for “belonging to the air”) is a show car and the Prius Aemulus (meaning “envious imitation”) is a drivable close replica of the first one, which has been donated to the Environmental Media Association (EMA) for a charity auction.

2010 Toyota Prius and the Aero Kit was created by Five Axis Design using polyurethane and partially recycled materials manufactured by 3D Carbon. This kit consists of: front lip spoiler, side skirts and a rear lower valance, aerodynamically tested by using state-of-the-art Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software by Swift Engineering. The special paint was created by Nippon Color Design Studio America (CDSA) using an environmentally-sensitive waterborne technology to produce a custom three-coat color using a blue-green Lumina pigment that resembles airiness and the color of the sk

2009 Renault Laguna Coupe


Renault unveiled its latest model, Laguna Coupe, at the Cannes Film Festival happening this weekend on the shores of the Mediterranean. The Laguna Coupe unveiling was accompanied by the introduction of the two new V6 engines. The gas powered 3.5 Litre V6 engine offers 240 HP (175 kW) whereas the 3.0 litre diesel engine generates 235 HP. The front wheel drive Laguna Coupe features the Active Drive Chasis with the four-wheel steering which may provide some interesting chasis dynamics.

Tata Unveils the World's Cheapest Car

The $2,500 Nano, met with extreme enthusiasm, will have lighter steel and innovative distribution. It also could further snarl India's roads


It's called the Nano, for its high technology and small size. It's cute, compact, and contemporary. It's a complete four-door car with a 623-cc gas engine, gets 50 miles to the gallon, and seats up to five.It meets domestic emissions norms and will soon comply with European standards. It's 8% smaller in outer length than its closest rival, Suzuki's Maruti 800, but has 21% more volume inside. And at $2,500 before taxes (value-added taxes increase the price by about $300), it is the most inexpensive car in the world. Starting this fall, the Nano will roll off the assembly lines at a Tata Motors (TTM) plant in Singur, Bengal, and navigate India's potholed roads...link
